Mountain Gatherings

Once every couple of years, I host an educational and spiritual gathering in the mountains of Colorado. It’s purpose is to learn more about the history, magic, and folklore behind tattooing, and folk symbolism as a whole.

There are lectures, saunas, dinners, fires, nature walks, and of course, the opportunity to get tattooed out in nature.

Originally, I struggled to find the correct title for this event. “retreat” was what first came to mind, however this is not a gimmicky, instagram influencer thing. These gatherings serve to educate, bring together, and allow for a calm, unique tattoo experience that many may not have access to otherwise.

These events are very much however you want to make them- come get tattooed, or just come for the lectures and other events. Stay at the location, or drive in. I want to be accessible in time, price, and comfort level for everyone.

In the past, the gathering has taken place at Beyul Retreat in Meredith, CO. However, the location may change for future events. They will always be within Colorado, or close to Helsinki, Finland.
